Public Policy

 Any services are nonrefundable and require a 50% discount prior to initial start date of services. Customers are not allowed to wait in the shop while their vehicle is being repaired. Any vehicle in the shop 24 hours past the finish date of the service will be charged for storage of the car at a rate of 35 dollars a day. Vehicles in the shop past 7 calendar days will be towed at the vehicle owners expense. All of the services have a limited warranty depending on the service and car type. A steady rate of 95 dollars an hour is required for labor and pieces and parts will be charged separately. Authorization of doing jobs other than the initial service is required before beginning.
